When you tap to call our routing line, standard call metadata (such as your phone number and call time) may be captured by the telephony provider to connect your call to a local plumbing professional. We do not require you to submit a web form to use the routing line.
How Information Is Used
Call information is used solely to route your inquiry to an independent local plumbing provider in your area. Once connected, the independent provider handles any additional information you choose to share directly with them.
Third Parties
Independent plumbing contractors are not employees of Ohio Pipe Rescue. Any information you share with a contractor after connection is subject to that contractor's own privacy practices.
